The scope of work includes civil, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, tiling, ceiling, and allied works as per tender documents, BOQ, and technical specifications. Items being procured: - Renovation of washrooms on various floors including civil works - Plumbing and sanitary installations - Electrical wiring and fittings - Tiling and ceiling works - Allied finishing and repair works Tender documents and technical clarifications regarding the scope of work and specifications can be obtained from the Controls & Procurement Unit (CPU), Saudi Pak Tower, 61-A, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad during office hours or downloaded from www.saudipak.com effective from September 19, 2026. Sealed bids must be complete in all respects and reach the undersigned on or before September 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
