Tender Description
This tender invites contractors in Gaddani under the Public Health Engineering Division Hub for renovation and installation works related to the Water Boosting Station and Pumping Machinery. The project involves civil works and mechanical installation, focusing on upgrading water supply infrastructure to enhance service reliability in the Gaddani Town and surrounding district hub area.
The scope includes civil construction and installation of pumping machinery, requiring expertise in water supply works and handling HDPE pipes. The site is located in Bhawani, Gaddani, where contractors must address engineering challenges such as ensuring structural integrity and efficient machinery installation within a six-month timeframe. The work demands adherence to quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
Eligible firms must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and specialization, along with active FBR registration and ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. Bidders should provide work orders of similar nature completed in the last three years, demonstrating financial soundness and compliance with tax obligations. The tender requires submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost.
Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 1st April 2026 before 12:00 PM, with technical and financial bids signed, stamped, and marked properly. The opening of bids will occur on the same date and time at the Public Health Engineering Division Hub office. Authorized representatives must present valid authorization letters on non-judicial stamp paper.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your financial bid includes a detailed rate analysis if offering below 10% of the estimated cost, and verify all documents are complete and signed to avoid disqualification. Also, confirm the manufacturer authorization for HDPE pipes to meet tender requirements.
