Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab is inviting bids for renovation work at three of its branches located in Pasrur Road Daska, Wah Cantt, and Sheikhupura Road Gujranwala. This procurement is specifically for hiring contractors to carry out renovation activities at these branches. Items being procured:
- Renovation work at Pasrur Road Daska Branch
- Renovation work at Wah Cantt Branch
- Renovation work at Sheikhupura Road Gujranwala Branch
The technical and financial bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The scope includes all necessary renovation materials and labor to upgrade the specified branches as per the Bank’s requirements. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable standards and provide a comprehensive technical bid along with a financial proposal. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory for participation. The bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1link or Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
The tender documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Technical bids will be opened on 17-08-2026 at 11:30 am, with financial bids to be opened later for technically qualified bidders. All bids must be uploaded by 11:00 am on the closing date. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of bids.
