Provision of 05 Rental Generators of 800 KVA for WASA Multan Disposal Stations

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites registered suppliers and contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision, rental, installation, operation and maintenance of five generators with a capacity of 800 KVA each. The equipment is required for WASA disposal stations and associated operational locations in Multan. Specific item list: Sr. 1, Provision of 05 No. rental generators, each rated 800 KVA, including installation, operation and maintenance. Installation locations are Chungi No. 09, Old Shujabad, Sameejabad, Vehari Road and Khan Village Disposal Stations, WASA Multan. The successful contractor must ensure reliable availability and operation of the generators for the required contract period. In the event of a major breakdown, a replacement generator of equal or higher capacity must be provided within 12 hours, failing which applicable penalties will be imposed. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above, with relevant electrical or mechanical specialization codes. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in generator rental, installation, operation and maintenance, and must have completed at least three similar contracts during the last three years, each with a minimum value of **Rs. 3,000,000**. Ownership or lawful possession of at least five diesel generators of 300 KVA or above must be supported by ownership documents, invoices, asset registers or enforceable lease agreements. The bidder must also hold active taxpayer status with FBR, including NTN, PRA, and ATL registration where applicable. A digital bid security or e-bid security of **Rs. 510,000**, equal to 3 percent of estimated cost, is required in favour of WASA Multan. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System at **www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk** by **25 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will open electronically at **11:30 AM** the same day. Manual, postal, telegraphic or conditional bids will not be accepted. Contractors may attend the opening at the WASA Head Office, 116-A Shamsabad Colony, Multan.
