Rental for Installation and Operation of Hoarding Boards at WAPDA Town Multan

WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited Multan invites sealed bids through Open Competitive Bidding from reputable registered Advertising Agencies/Firms for the installation and operation of hoarding boards at the following locations in WAPDA Town Multan: - Belt Area / Near Over Head Tank, Facing Model Town Chowk 60 x 20 ft - Belt Area / Near Gate, facing Model Town Chowk 60 x 20 ft - Belt Area / Near Gate Facing Nagana Chowk 60 x 20 ft - Belt Area / Near Gate Facing Nagana Chowk 60 x 20 ft Bidders are required to quote their own annual rental offer separately for each hoarding board. The highest responsive bidder fulfilling the prescribed terms and conditions shall be considered for award, subject to approval of the competent authority. The agreement shall be for 03 years and the approved annual rent shall be paid quarterly in advance. All expenses related to installation, maintenance, safety, removal, taxes, duties, permissions/NOCs and other applicable charges shall be borne by the successful bidder. No additional board or change in the approved size/location shall be made without prior approval of the Society. The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable).
