The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Quetta is seeking rental office space for four NADRA offices located in Quetta City, Nokundi, Jhal Magsi at Usta Muhammad, and Ziarat at Sinjavi. Each building must have a separate electricity connection with a dedicated 3-phase meter, tap water facility with overhead tank, independent entrance, ramp for wheelchair access, sufficient parking for staff and public, and tenancy for a minimum of 10 years. Additional requirements include complete flooring with porcelain tiles, shutter gates, false ceiling with electrification, emergency exits, wall partitions with porcelain tile work, proper paintwork, and space for installation of network equipment, solar systems, signboards, and heavy generators. The offered properties must be security viable and easily accessible by public transport.
