AUCTION: Rental of Underpass Shops at Faisal Colony, Gulbahar Chowk and Tuck Shops in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations

Items being auctioned include: - Underpass Shops at Faisal Colony (11 shops) - Underpass Shops at Gulbahar Chowk (1 shop) - Tuck-Shops (4 shops) The assets are managed by TransPeshawar, responsible for urban rapid transit projects under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. A bid security/earnest money of 25% of the annual rent must be submitted in the form of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan along with the bid. The bid security must be from the bank account of the bidder. Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 AM (PST) on September 1, 2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of bidders' representatives at the TransPeshawar office.
