Repair and Construction Works at Government Boys Degree College and Football Stadium Hub

The CWPP&H Department District Hub is inviting bids for multiple construction and repair works in Hub, Balochistan for the financial year 2026. Items being procured: - Repair of Babaharo on Football Stadium Gaddani District Hub (BDSI Phase-III) - Construction of 04 Nos Class Rooms and Repair of Government Boys Degree College at Hub District Hub (BDSI Phase-III) - Provision of 15 Computer Tables and Chairs, Installation of 10 KVA Solar System, and Repair & Renovation of Building and Class Rooms of Govt Boys Degree College Winder District Hub (BDSI Phase-III) - Construction of Futsal Ground at Government Boys Degree College at Hub District Hub (BDSI Phase-III) The technical scope covers civil works including classroom construction, stadium repair, installation of solar power systems, and furnishing with computer tables and chairs. The projects are based on composite schedule rates 2023 with percentage rates applied. The site is located in Hub District, requiring contractors to have relevant experience in educational and sports infrastructure projects. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 3,482,500 in the last three years, showing financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
