Repair of Damaged Distribution Transformers for Sukkur Electric Power Company

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids from WAPDA, PPMC, and DISCOs prequalified and registered manufacturers and approved repairing workshops under category M-1 (Item-iv) registered with Income Tax Department. The procurement is for the execution of a work order/rate contract for repair of damaged distribution transformers with free lifting and delivery after repair at consignee stores, specifically Regional Store SEPCO Rohri and Larkana. Items being procured: - Repair of 25 KVA transformers: 90 Nos. (DDS-84:2007 Amendment No 4) and 10 Nos. (DDS-84:2020 Amendment No 5) - Repair of 50 KVA transformers: 180 Nos. (DDS-84:2007 Amendment No 4) and 20 Nos. (DDS-84:2020 Amendment No 5) - Repair of 100 KVA transformers: 427 Nos. (DDS-84:2007 Amendment No 4) and 47 Nos. (DDS-84:2020 Amendment No 5) - Repair of 200 KVA transformers: 447 Nos. (DDS-84:2007 Amendment No 4) and 50 Nos. (DDS-84:2020 Amendment No 5) The transformers must conform to NTDC approved specifications DDS-84:2007 with Amendment No 4 and DDS-84:2020 with Amendment No 5. The contract is on a unit rate basis in local currency with free delivery to consignee stores at Regional Store SEPCO Rohri and Larkana. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax Department, prequalification with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs, and category M-1 (Item-iv) status. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan is mandatory. The bid validity period is 120 days with an additional 28 days validity for the bank instrument.
