Purchases and repairs will be awarded based on the lowest rates, and only firms with a valid workshop and landline number are eligible to participate. Firms must also be registered with the sales tax and income tax departments, and a copy of the relevant certificates must be attached with the bid. A pay order of Rs. 25,000 in favor of the Principal, Islamabad Model College for Girls, I-8/4, Islamabad, is required as security and will be retained until 30-06-2027 or until satisfactory completion of the contract. Additionally, a 2% bid security against each item is required. Bids must be submitted in original by 08-08-2026, and the opening will take place on 09-08-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of firm representatives.
