Items being procured: - Maintenance of Ultrasound Machine (Qty: 2 Each) - Maintenance of Auto Clave (Qty: 3 Each) - Maintenance of Patient's Monitor (Qty: 10 Each) - Maintenance of AC 1.5 Ton (Qty: 10 Each) - Maintenance of AC 2 Ton (Qty: 10 Each) - Gas Charges of AC 1.5 Ton (Qty: 2 Each) - Gas Charges of AC 2 Ton (Qty: 2 Each) - Maintenance of X-Ray CR Printer (Qty: 2 Each) - Maintenance of Anesthesia Machine (Qty: 2 Each) - Maintenance of CTG Machine (Qty: 1 Each) - Monthly Maintenance of Lift (Qty: 1 Per Month) - Monthly Maintenance of Generator 350 KVA (Qty: 1 Per Month) - Monthly Maintenance of Generator 250 KVA (Qty: 1 Per Month) The scope includes onsite repair and maintenance services for the listed machinery and equipment at Sindh Government Hospital Liaquatabad Karachi. Bidders must have relevant experience and technical expertise in hospital machinery repair. Earnest money of 2% of total quoted rates is required along with the technical proposal. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid PEC category if applicable. The tender fee is Rs. 500. All tender documents including technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on the EPAD portal. The deadline for submission is 13th October 2026 at 12:00 noon. Late submissions will not be entertained.
