Repair of Machinery / Equipment and Procurement of Spare Parts for Shantui SD-13 & SD-16 Bulldozers

The Directorate General Agricultural Engineering Sindh Hyderabad invites bids for the comprehensive repair of machinery and equipment along with the procurement of spare parts specifically for Shantui SD-13 and SD-16 bulldozers. The bidder must have PEC registration with code ME07 (V), be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board ATL lists for 2025-26, and demonstrate relevant experience in supply and repair of heavy earth-moving machinery over the last three years. A bid security of Rs. 50.0 Million is mandatory. The contract includes a warranty period of 12 months from final inspection. Payment terms are 40% advance against bank guarantee, 40% during satisfactory work, and 20% upon completion and verification. Bids must be submitted by 25th September 2026 at 11:00 am to the Additional Director General, Agricultural Engineering, Lower Sindh, 1st Floor, Block B Shahbaz Building Hyderabad.
