Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, relevant codes, active KPRA registration, an active FBR NTN certificate, and KP Central Enlistment Registration. Required documents include a non-blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper, Form-H or SECP registration where applicable, and partnership deed or power of attorney where applicable. Electrical and mechanical applicants must provide a registered electrical and mechanical workshop certificate verified by the concerned officials.
