Tender Description
The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement of repair and maintenance services for computers, printers, and photostat machines (hardware and software) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to the FGPC located in Islamabad Capital Territory. The scope includes servicing computer systems installed across various hospital departments, repair and replacement of motherboards for Core i3, i5, and i7 systems, maintenance of printers including laser jet normal, heavy, and multifunctional types, replacement of thermal printer heads, LCD repairs, photostat machine servicing (Panasonic, Canon, Bizhub 367), power supply replacements for Dell/HP systems, hard disk replacements of various capacities, network switch repairs, scanner servicing, and biometric device maintenance.
Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC category if applicable, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate at least three years of experience providing similar services to government hospitals, departments, international agencies, or NGOs. Firms must have workshops located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with trained technical staff on their payroll. Financial capacity and satisfactory past performance reports are required. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a pay order or call deposit and comply with all tender terms including submission through EPADS v2.0.
The bid submission deadline is Monday, July 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 2% performance guarantee and sign a contract agreement. All supplies and services must be delivered and maintained on a FOR basis at FGPC Islamabad.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 well before the deadline and to prepare all required documents including judicial papers, CDR, and technical staff evidence to avoid disqualification. Strict adherence to the bid validity period of 180 days and fixed pricing is mandatory. Bidders should also be prepared for site inspections and continuous service provision throughout the contract period to avoid penalties.
