Repair and Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Works for 2026-27 in Karak and B.D. Shah

The Public Health Engineering Division Karak-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope procedure for repair and maintenance works for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works include repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and civil works at various sub divisions in Karak and B.D. Shah. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of Electrical/Mechanical Works (A-13101) for 2026-27 at PHE Sub Division Karak - Repair & Maintenance of Electrical/Mechanical Works (A-13370) for 2026-27 at PHE Sub Division B.D. Shah - Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works (A-13370) for 2026-27 at PHE Sub Division Karak - Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works (A-13370) for 2026-27 at PHE Sub Division B.D. Shah The scope covers electrical and mechanical repairs, civil maintenance, and associated works at the specified sub divisions. Bidders must have valid PEC registration with relevant codes CE-09 for civil and EE-05, EE-04, ME-07, EE-11 for repair of electric machinery and solar works. Active KPRA registration, FBR NTN certificate, KP Central Enlistment Registration, and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting on judicial stamp paper are mandatory. Form-H/SECP registration and partnership deed or power of attorney if applicable must also be provided. Bidding will be processed through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Detailed bidding documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the undersigned office during working hours or downloaded from EPADS. Tender form fee of 0.03% in the shape of pay order in favor of XEN PHE Division Karak-I is required. The submission deadline is 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:00 PM. Bidders applying for electrical and mechanical works must submit a certificate of workshop registration verified by the Superintending Engineer PHE Circle Kohat prior to the opening date.
