Repair and Maintenance Services for Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transport Fleet

The Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar is inviting sealed bids from reputable and experienced workshops or firms for comprehensive repair and maintenance services of their official transport fleet during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act and Rules, 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Repair - Maintenance - Denting - Painting - Electrical work - Mechanical work - Suspension repair - Engine overhauling - Transmission repair - AC repair - Wheel alignment - Computerized diagnostics - Allied services of transport fleet The scope includes all categories of official vehicles of the Elite Force, with repairs and replacement of genuine spare parts where required. The contractor must operate a fully equipped workshop with qualified technical staff and have the capacity to prioritize police vehicle repairs. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration with NTN and Sales Tax, active ATL taxpayer status, at least three years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance for police departments, and no blacklisting by any government department or procurement agency. Bidders must submit their bids via the E-PAD system (scan copy) along with the original hard copy in two sealed envelopes before the closing date. A 2% Earnest Money in the form of a bank draft favoring the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required. Upon acceptance, a 10% security deposit is to be provided as a Deposit at Call. The contract will be valid until 30.06.2027.
