Repair and Maintenance Services for Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transport Fleet

Sealed bids are invited from reputed, experienced and income tax/sales tax registered workshops/firms for the repair, maintenance, denting, painting, electrical, mechanical, suspension, engine overhauling, transmission, AC repair, wheel alignment, computerized diagnostics and allied services of the transport fleet of Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for all categories of official vehicles of Elite Force - Repairs and replacement of genuine spare parts where required The successful contractor shall provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services including mechanical, electrical, suspension, engine overhauling, transmission, AC repair, wheel alignment, and computerized diagnostics. The scope covers all official vehicles of Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa based in Peshawar. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR possessing valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, active taxpayer status on ATL, minimum three years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance in Police Department, operation of a fully equipped workshop with qualified technical staff, capacity to undertake repairs of Police Vehicles on priority basis, no blacklisting by any Government Department or Procurement Agency, and submission of all prescribed bidding documents. The last date for submission of tenders/quotations is **20th August 2026**. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 hours in the presence of the committee and intending bidders at the office of the Deputy Commandant Elite Force CPO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.
