ASF Repair, Maintenance, Supplies and Services Framework Agreement

Airport Security Force (ASF), through the Chief Security Officer (South), ASF HQ South Secretariat Karachi, invites applications under PPRA Rule 16(A) for pre-qualification leading to a closed framework agreement. The opportunity covers repair, maintenance, purchase and related services for ASF offices, residential buildings, machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, government vehicles and routine operational supplies. Mandatory item and scope list: S.No. 01; Repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings; repair of air conditioners, generators, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, bracket fans, pedestal fans, refrigerators, deep freezers, electric water motors, electric water dispensers, water filtration plant, walk-through gates and screening machines; furniture and fixture work including wooden office chairs, cushion chairs, wooden tables, steel tables, steel almirahs or cabinets, sofa sets, dining tables, dining chairs, single and double steel beds, and champoy tubular frame polishing; repair and maintenance of government vehicles and air conditioners of government IT vehicles; purchase of batteries including servicing; mechanical repairs and replacement of parts; repair of computer hardware; purchase of water tankers; purchase of miscellaneous items of daily use; janitorial items; furniture items; crockery items; periodical books; ice and coal; water bowsers; and transportation charges for 2026-27. The basis price is stated as F.O.R., with no quantity or estimated value printed. Applicants must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN, SST and GST documentation, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List with 100 percent compliance. No bid security, earnest money, deposit or CDR requirement is specified in the notice; bidders should verify the pre-qualification documents for any applicable requirement.
