Repair and Maintenance of GBDMA Light and Heavy Machinery

Gilgit-Baltistan Disaster Management Authority (GBDMA) Diamer invites sealed tenders from suppliers registered in the relevant category for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for the repair and maintenance of GBDMA light and heavy machinery located in Chilas. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of GBDMA light & heavy machinery The scope includes servicing, repair, and maintenance of various light and heavy machinery owned by GBDMA. The firm should be financially stable and capable of supplying required spare parts and workshop services. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per GB PPRA rules. Earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to PKR 100,000 is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director GBDMA Diamer, Deputy Commissioner Office Chilas during working hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) up to one hour before the tender submission deadline. Registered firms must provide original CNIC, valid registration certificate for 2025-26, and renewal fee receipt. The interested firms must also provide a magistrate attested non-blacklisting certificate. The tender opening will be held on 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of Assistant Director GBDMA Diamer. The tender rates will remain valid until 30th June 2027. Handwritten bids will not be accepted. Over-exaggerated rates will be rejected. The department reserves the right to cancel the contract if the selected vendor deviates from quantity or quality requirements.
