Repair and Maintenance of GBDMA Light and Heavy Machinery

Gilgit-Baltistan Disaster Management Authority (GBDMA) Diamer invites scaled tenders from suppliers registered in the relevant category for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the supply and maintenance of light and heavy machinery required by GBDMA Diamer in Chilas. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of GBDMA light and heavy machinery The scope includes repair and maintenance services for various machinery owned by GBDMA, ensuring operational efficiency and readiness. The firm should be financially stable, possess a workshop, and have experience in handling light and heavy machinery, including owning spare parts. Tender documents and RFP containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director GBDMA Diamer, Deputy Commissioner Office Chilas, during working days from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM until one hour before the tender opening time. Registered firms, suppliers, manufacturers, or contractors can collect the tender copy in person or through an authorized representative upon presenting original CNIC, registered certificate for 2025-26, and renewal fee receipt. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per GB PPRA rules. Sealed envelopes must clearly state the tender title and be accompanied by earnest money of PKR 100,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of AD GBDMA Diamer from any scheduled bank. All tenders must reach the Assistant Director GBDMA Diamer office by 10-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. The tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Ambiguous, conditional, or void tenders will be rejected. Interested firms must provide a magistrate attested non-blacklisting certificate. Tender rates will remain valid until 30th June 2027 and must be submitted in print format; handwritten tenders will not be accepted. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per GB PPRA rules. Over-exaggerated rates will not be considered. The successful firm will supply the required items at the tendered rates until the tender end date.
