Repair and Maintenance of Heavy T&P at Gilgit including Tyres for Wheel Loader and Hino Dumper

The Gilgit-Baltistan Communication & Works Department invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category valid up to 31st August, 2026. The procurement is for repair and maintenance works of heavy tools and plants (T&P) at Gilgit, including tyre replacements and minor repairs for specific machinery. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of Heavy T&P at Gilgit including tyres for wheel loader sany (Lot 01) - Repair and Maintenance of Heavy T&P at Gilgit including tyres for Hino Dumper FM8j and minor repair of flat body truck (Lot 02) - Repair and Maintenance of Heavy T&P at Gilgit including tyres for wheel loader sany (Lot 03) The works involve servicing and repairing heavy equipment essential for departmental operations in Gilgit. Bidders must be registered with PEC under category C-06 or above and provide valid CNIC and renewal fee for the current financial year 2026-27. Bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank is mandatory, clearly mentioning the contractor's name. No sick scheme or litigation certificates issued by the Chief Engineer C&WD Gilgit Baltistan are allowed. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit upon submission of a written application and payment of the specified cost. The tenders will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time on 9th October 2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. Joint ventures are allowed only if the lead and associate partner are named in the partnership deed with proper authorization. Bid securities will be retained until acceptance and refunded thereafter. GB C&WD reserves the right to reject any or all bids under GB PPRA Rules.
