The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids from well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid registration certificates in category CE-10 for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for the repair maintenance of House No. 18-H, School Road, Sector F-63, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair Maintenance of House No. 18-H, School Road, Sector F-63, Islamabad The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Bidders must submit their bids online through the E-PADS portal at https://pa.epads.gop.pk before the deadline. Manual bids will not be entertained. The bids will be opened in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Director Maintenance, CDA, Room No. 152, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6, Islamabad. Firms must provide an original Bid Security of Rs. 400,500/- along with other required documents including PEC registration certificate, NTN and GST certificates, and an affidavit as per tender requirements. Authorized representatives must provide a copy of CNIC and a General/Special Power of Attorney attested through the respective Court. The tender documents must be submitted in person to the Deputy Director (Maintenance Division-I), Room No. 154, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6, Islamabad by 09.09.2026. Failure to submit original Bid Security with documents will result in disqualification. This tender requires firms to have relevant experience and valid PEC registration in category CE-10.
