The President's Secretariat (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad, invites reputed firms and vendors located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for pre-qualification to undertake repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the repair and maintenance of various IT equipment and machinery used by the Secretariat. Items being procured: - CPU's (140 units) - LCD's (136 units) - Flatbed Scanner (Small) (20 units) - A3 Flatbed Scanner (Large) (15 units) - ADF Scanner (20 units) - Laptops (20 units) - Fax Machine (5 units) - Shredder Machine (12 units) - Printers Black & White (56 units) - Printers Color (10 units) - Photocopier Machines (4 units) The scope includes repair of all types of hardware such as computers, printers, scanners, laptops, IT servers, photocopiers, fax machines, and other related machinery. Vendors must ensure the use of genuine parts and provide warranty on replaced or repaired items. The work will be carried out primarily in Islamabad, with the requirement that firms have a complete setup in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to provide timely and quality services, including emergency repairs during odd hours or weekends. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration, Vendor Number, and Active Taxpayer Certificate issued by FBR. Firms must provide a list of at least five clients from different departments along with work orders. Technical bids must be submitted in sealed covers to the Dak Window of President's Secretariat (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Sector G-5, Islamabad, by the closing date. Earnest money of Rs. 30,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order is required. The bids will be opened on the closing date at 12:30 PM. The pre-qualification process emphasizes compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and requires firms to maintain high standards of service quality.
