Repair and Maintenance Works of Lav Blocks and TC Internal/External B&R/E&M with DC Works and Bazar Supply for Hyderabad, Chhor and Badin Gar FY 2026-27

Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad invites sealed tenders for repair and maintenance works under PPRA Rules 13 (1) & 28 of 2004. The procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and covers the following works: Items being procured: - Repair, maintenance, minor and abnormal repair works of Lav Blocks / Residential and Non-Residential Accommodation including external services such as boundary walls, roads, electric, water and sewerage at Hyderabad, SRC, Bli, Badin, Chhor, Gars - TC Internal and External Building & Roads / Electrical & Mechanical works including DC works and Bazar supply for Hyderabad, Chhor and Badin Gar These works involve comprehensive repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential facilities including infrastructure such as roads, boundary walls, and utility services like electricity, water, and sewerage systems across multiple locations. The scope includes both internal and external building and road works, electrical and mechanical services, and supply for bazar needs. Eligible contractors must submit applications to the Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad to obtain tender documents. Only firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. Contractors not on the approved MES list must provide detailed statements of previous works executed in the last two years. The sealed tenders will be received by the office of the accepting officer by 25 September 2026 till 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from government departments.
