Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Patfeeder Canal Division invites bids from eligible bidders for the repair and maintenance of Loader M-550 and Dozer D-4 for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured:
- Repair and Maintenance of Loader M-550
- Repair and Maintenance of Dozer D-4
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules–2014. Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Tax Payer List and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE04(v) for irrigation only is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least PKR 7,523,597 in the last three consecutive years demonstrating financial capacity. A Green Challan amounting to Rs. 1000 and a CDR amounting to 2% of the estimated cost are required.
The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Patfeeder Canal Division. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication of NIT to 9th October 2026 during office hours on working days.
The last date for bid submission is 9th October 2026 by 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
