Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the repair and maintenance of the main sewerage line at Roman City UC Pipri under the jurisdiction of Town Municipal Corporation Gadap, Karachi. The department requires experienced contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council to undertake excavation, laying of RCC pipes, refilling, and construction of manholes as per approved designs. The project involves precise civil works including excavation in various soil types, installation of rubber ring jointed RCC pipes, and manufacturing of precast RCC slabs and manhole covers, all to be executed within a 90-day timeframe.
The scope covers comprehensive sewerage line maintenance requiring skilled workmanship and adherence to technical specifications. Contractors must ensure proper site management, including fencing, lighting, and traffic control during excavation and pipe laying.
