Repair and Maintenance of One Mitsubishi (GPS-3) VFEL 1000 KG Passenger Lift Installed at Regional Office Building, Hayatabad, Peshawar

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the repair and maintenance of one Mitsubishi (GPS-3) VFEL 1000 KG passenger lift installed at its Regional Office Building in Hayatabad, Peshawar. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique for the financial year 2026-27. The contract period is one year from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of one Mitsubishi (GPS-3) VFEL 1000 KG passenger lift The scope of work includes monthly cleaning, servicing, lubricating oil level checks, adjustment of electrical control system and lift mechanism, and providing monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly reports on the lift's condition. The contractor must supply cleaning materials and lubricants, refill fresh oil in all oil cups, and repair or replace parts (excluding main ropes, main motors, motor rewinding, encoders, thyristors, transformers, and PCB boards) within 12 hours. All replaced defective parts must be handed over to SNGPL. The lift must be maintained strictly according to the original equipment manufacturer's instructions without any modifications. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN registration, proven capability to supply genuine Mitsubishi spare parts, and at least two satisfactory client performance certificates for lift maintenance. A bid security of PKR 21,000 is required, and the performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by 10:00 AM on September 4, 2026.
