Repair and Maintenance of NAB HQ Building, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through its Maintenance-III division, invites sealed bids for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of the NAB Headquarters Building located in Islamabad. Bidders must be licensed by PEC in the appropriate category and registered with FBR. Bid security of Rs. 295,630 in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required. The bidding process will follow the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
