Firms must submit a Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 295,630 in favor of Deputy Director Maintenance Division-III (SB), CDA, with scanned copies uploaded on E-PADS and original documents submitted two days before bid opening. Pay Orders are not acceptable. Additionally, scanned copies of certificates on Original Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50/- for non-involvement in litigation and non-relationship with CDA must be uploaded. Bids must be submitted online before the deadline. The bid opening will be held on 09-10-2026 at 12:00 AM on E-PADS 2.0. The bid security will be returned after contract acceptance.
