Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Peshawar is procuring comprehensive repair and maintenance services for its office building located in Peshawar. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves extensive civil, electrical, and plumbing works to restore and upgrade the facility.
The technical scope includes dismantling and replacement of cement and glazed tiles, reinforced cement concrete slabs, plastering, painting with premium quality acrylic and weather shield paints, fixing of aluminium doors and windows, gypsum board ceilings, and installation of electrical wiring and fixtures including ceiling fans, exhaust fans, and power points. Plumbing works cover installation of RCC vanity counters, wash basins, CP fittings, PPRC pipes, and floor wastes. The project demands adherence to high standards with materials from approved manufacturers and compliance with engineering specifications.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in Constructor's Category C-4 or below, be registered with FBR and KP Revenue Board, and have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
