Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipment and Services

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Information and Broadcasting Division) Islamabad invites pre-qualification bids from authorized service providers, workshops, firms, and contractors for the repair and maintenance of various office equipment and related services for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Ministry located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Computers - Printers - Photocopiers - Fax machines - Furniture - Service Render - Software - Light Refreshment - Machinery equipment - Other related services The scope covers repair and maintenance services for office equipment including IT hardware and software, furniture upkeep, and machinery equipment servicing. The contract will span the entire financial year 2026-2027, ensuring continuous support and maintenance. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and should be capable of providing comprehensive service and maintenance solutions. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Section Officer, Information & Broadcasting Division, 4th Floor, Cabinet Block, Islamabad, upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. Only bids accompanied by the bid document fee will be entertained. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the tender instructions and submitted to the undersigned (EPADS) by 24 July till 11:00 pm. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 pm. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm’s registration with FBR and ATL is up to date and that you submit the bid document fee on time to avoid disqualification.
