Tender Description
The **Collectorate of Customs (Airport) Islamabad** is seeking to prequalify reputable, experienced, and financially sound firms for the repair and maintenance of office furniture, fixtures, machinery, hardware, and IT equipment. This procurement is specific to Islamabad and covers a wide range of repair services including cabinets, almirahs, tables, chairs, scanners, multimedia systems, modems, and networking devices.
The technical scope requires firms to have a fully equipped workshop capable of timely repairs and maintenance of all listed items. The repair workshop must demonstrate the ability to handle office furniture and IT equipment repairs efficiently, ensuring quality service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Firms must also provide warranty for repaired items and undertake free replacement during the warranty period.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum of five years relevant experience, registration with FBR for sales and income tax, sound financial position with proof for the last financial year, and valid NTN/GST registration. Preference will be given to Islamabad/Rawalpindi based firms. The minimum qualifying score for pre-qualification is 70 out of 100 marks, based on experience, work history, tools and equipment, registration, financial soundness, and warranty commitment.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement (EPADS) system along with a hard copy of pre-qualification documents during office hours from 09:30 am to 04:30 pm. The **submission deadline is 08 May 2026 at 02:30 PM** at the Collectorate of Customs (Airport) Islamabad. The opening of applications will be at 03:00 PM on the same day.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their technical and financial documents are complete and up to date, including a non-blacklisting affidavit and call deposit receipt of Rs.200,000 for the Deputy Collector (HQ). This will help avoid disqualification and streamline the evaluation process.
