Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles and Supply of Spare Parts

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority invites qualified suppliers and service providers in Peshawar to participate in a competitive bidding process for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender focuses on the selection and rate contracting (framework contract) for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles along with the supply of genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts for these vehicles. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Repair and servicing of official vehicles including labour, diagnostics, and workshop services - Lot 2: Supply of genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts for official vehicles This procurement covers comprehensive vehicle maintenance services and the provision of high-quality spare parts to ensure the operational efficiency of the Authority's vehicle fleet. The scope includes workshop diagnostics and labour for repairs, emphasizing quality and reliability. Suppliers must be capable of providing genuine or OEM-equivalent parts to maintain vehicle standards. Eligible bidders should comply with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended 2022) and must be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in vehicle maintenance and spare parts supply is essential. A bid security or earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 1:00 PM on 9th August 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration is active and all bid documents, including the earnest money instrument, are prepared well in advance to avoid last-minute submission issues. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
