Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The National Assembly Secretariat Islamabad is inviting applications for the pre-qualification of reputable firms and workshops for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR, possess NTN and GST certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATPL). Firms should have a minimum of five years experience in similar works, qualified technical staff, and their own workshop facilities in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The pre-qualification will be valid for two years, extendable for one more year. A bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR is required, and a performance guarantee of PKR 150,000 will be submitted by successful bidders. The deadline for submission is 13th July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids must be delivered by hand or registered courier to the Section Officer (Procurement) at the National Assembly Secretariat Islamabad.
