Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles and College Buses

The Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3 Islamabad, is inviting reputed automobile workshops, authorized dealerships, original manufacturers, service providers, and general order suppliers/firms for pre-qualification. This is for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles and college buses during the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for vehicles located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - 10 buses (Bedford, Hino, and Isuzu) - 2 Toyota Hiace vans - 2 Honda motorcycles (CD-70/CG-125) The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical repairs, engine overhauling, transmission, suspension, steering, brake system, auto electrical works, air-conditioning, radiator services, battery replacement repair, wheel alignment and balancing, denting, painting, welding, tyre replacement/repair, lubrication, oil and filter change, computerized diagnostics, body repairs, supply and replacement of genuine spare parts, and all other allied services as and when required. Eligible firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and have established workshops/business premises in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security is not required at the pre-qualification stage but will be obtained from pre-qualified firms during the financial bid stage. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 20-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM (PST). The technical bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Principal, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3 Islamabad.
