Tender Description
The Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad Pakistan (Directorate of Works) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works related to the repair, maintenance, and other allied works of the ORIC Building located at the Main Campus in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
Items being procured:
- Repair works of ORIC Building
- Maintenance works of ORIC Building
- Allied works related to the ORIC Building
The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance activities to ensure the building's structural integrity and functionality. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
