This tender invites contractors for repair and maintenance works at PAF Base Bholari and Nawabshah, Sindh. The Military Engineer Services requires experienced firms to undertake tasks including repair and maintenance of the overhead Bouser filling point near tank No.3, routing of water supply lines, calibration and overhauling of POL items, and procurement of chemical and filter materials for the base filter plant and water treatment. The works also cover technical and depot complex building and repair at both Bholari and Nawabshah locations.
The scope involves civil and mechanical repairs at military installations, requiring expertise in handling water supply systems, POL equipment, and base infrastructure. Contractors must be prepared to work within the secure and operational environment of PAF bases, ensuring minimal disruption. The engineering challenges include maintaining critical water and fuel supply points and ensuring compliance with military standards.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories A, B, C, or D. They should also have a clean litigation record and no outstanding inspection reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements for the financial year 2025-26 is mandatory to qualify for tender issuance.
