Repair, Maintenance and Paint Work of Buildings through Closed Framework Agreement

Airports Security Force (ASF) invites prequalified applicants to participate in the primary procurement process for repair, maintenance and paint work of buildings through a Closed Framework Agreement. The work relates to repair and maintenance of ASF buildings and subsequent repair assignments at locations identified by the Procuring Agency in the Bid Data Sheet and bidding documents. The contract period will continue until satisfactory completion of the framework agreement and any applicable warranty period. Mandatory item and lot list: Sr. 01 comprises repair, maintenance and paint work of building through Closed Framework Agreement under I.T. No. 03/CSO(N) ASF/2026-27/Store, requiring fixed bid security of **PKR 100,000**; and I.T. No. 04/CSO(N) ASF/2026-27/Store, requiring fixed bid security of **PKR 35,000**. The basis of price is F.O.R. No quantities or separate measurement units are printed in the notice. The technical and financial bid must be submitted as a single-envelope offer in accordance with the bidding documents. Bids are invited from prequalified applicants. Each bidder must attach the original bid security with the hard-format bid in a sealed envelope, while a copy in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee must also be uploaded through EPADS. The notice does not specify separate ATL documentation or additional eligibility criteria; bidders should verify all qualification, registration, tax and technical requirements in the bidding documents before submission. Electronic bids must be submitted through the PPRA EPADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk by **20 August 2026** and **21 August 2026**, at **11:00 hours**, as applicable to the relevant bid number.
