Repair and Maintenance of PCMU Office EOBI, Ninth Floor, G10/4, Islamabad

The PCMU/FPSP-III (Flood Protection Sector Project) (Office of the Chief Engineering Adviser/Chairman Federal Flood Commission(CEA)/(CFFC)) invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of the PCMU Office located at EOBI Building, Ninth Floor, G10/4, Islamabad. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The technical specifications require approved samples and certificates where applicable. Bidders must comply with PEC registration, FBR NTN, and other eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit is required as per the bidding documents. Bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria.
