Tender Description

The Provincial Intelligence Fusion & Threat Assessment Centre (PIFTAC), Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed bids under the single-stage two-envelope procedure of the GB-PPRA Rules, 2022, from well-reputed, experienced, and registered firms/suppliers for the fiscal year 2026-27 in Gilgit city. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance (labour) and supply of spare parts of vehicles & motorcycles - Purchase of Plant & Machinery (office equipment, power, solar, CCTV, IT, fire safety) - Printing & Publication work - Supply of Miscellaneous (Others) items & minor services The scope covers repair and maintenance labor for vehicles and motorcycles, procurement of various plant and machinery including office equipment, power and solar systems, CCTV, IT and fire safety equipment, printing and publication services, and miscellaneous supplies and minor services. Bidders must be registered, possess valid vendor numbers, and meet all mandatory conditions including NTN registration and relevant experience. A bid security of 2% of the quoted price in the form of bank draft/CDR in favor of DDO PIFTAC is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the PIFTAC Office, SPU Compound, Sakwar, Gilgit at a non-refundable price of Rs. 1,500 per tender or downloaded from the GB-PPRA website (www.gbppra.gov.pk). Separate bids, bid securities, and sealed envelopes are required for each tender code. Bids must reach the PIFTAC Office, SPU Compound, Sakwar, Gilgit on or before 5 September 2026 at 1100 hours and will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The technical proposal will be opened first, followed by the financial proposal of only technically qualified bidders. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100 confirming the firm has never been blacklisted must accompany each bid. PIFTAC employees and their blood relatives are not eligible to participate. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provisions of the GB-PPRA Rules, 2022. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security and all required documents are complete and clearly marked with the tender code to avoid disqualification. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
