Repair Maintenance Work of Retaining Wall at Election Commission of Pakistan G-5 Islamabad (SH Repair of Wall Next to Back Side Gate)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate, invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of the retaining wall at the Election Commission of Pakistan located in G-5, Islamabad, specifically the repair of the wall next to the back side gate. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Cutting and removing trees within 100 ft. distance (above 2½ ft. to 6 ft. girth) - Clearing and grubbing - Earthwork in ordinary soil for embankments up to 100 ft. lead including ploughing, mixing, and compaction - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing (ratio 1:4:8) - Random rubble masonry (uncoursed) in ground floor or up to 20 ft. height in cement sand mortar (ratio 1:3) - Pointing flush on stone work up to 20 ft. height in cement mortar 1:3 - Supplying and fixing broken glasses on courtyard walls - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth (ratio 1:3) - Cement plaster 1:3 up to 20 ft. height, ½" thick The scope includes all civil works as per the Bill of Quantities and specifications provided. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for works, have valid FBR/NTN registration, and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
