Tender Description
The **National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Regional Bureau Islamabad / Rawalpindi**, located at Civic Centre G-6, Islamabad, invites proposals from firms and vendors registered with the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for pre-qualification for repair and maintenance work during Financial Year 2026-2027. Eligible firms must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate relevant technical capability, staffing, facilities and experience for the listed service areas.
Mandatory service lots are: (i) repair and maintenance of official vehicles of different makes, including Suzuki, Toyota, Isuzu and Honda; (ii) repair and maintenance of hardware and IT equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, LCDs, LEDs, network switches and servers; (iii) repair and maintenance of plant and machinery, including photocopier machines, fax machines, UPS units, paper shredders, split air conditioners, fans and other machinery and electronic items; and (iv) repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures, including revolving chairs, visitor chairs, tables, metal almirahs, file cabinets, roller blinds and curtains. No quantities or separate lot budgets are specified in the notice.
Interested firms must submit valid proof and documents confirming registration on EPADS launched by PPRA. Bidders should ensure that their firm documentation, tax records and ATL status are current and available for verification where required by the procurement conditions. A call deposit, pay order or bank draft of **Rs. 25,000** in favour of NAB Islamabad/Rawalpindi Regional Bureau, Islamabad, is required. An affidavit on stamp paper of **Rs. 100** confirming that the firm has not been involved in litigation and has not been blacklisted must accompany the bid.
Bids must be submitted online through EPADS by **21 August 2026 at 10:30 hours**. Hard-copy bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at **11:00 hours** at the NAB Regional Bureau, Civic Centre G-6, Islamabad. Representatives may attend the opening meeting. The tender is also available through PPRA and NAB websites. Practical tip: upload clear EPADS registration, experience and equipment-support evidence early, and confirm the deposit instrument details before final submission.
