Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance Services of Furniture, Computer Hardware, Transport, and Office Building

The Management Services Wing, Establishment Division, Islamabad invites reputable and experienced firms for prequalification to provide repair and maintenance services during the Financial Years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This tender covers multiple categories including repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures, computer hardware and machinery, official transport vehicles, and office building maintenance. The procurement is specifically for the Islamabad office and requires firms to have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration with active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Firms must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and be registered on EPADS. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures including fixing broken legs, drawers, polishing, refinishing, replacing hinges, locks, cushions, repairing notice boards, whiteboards, and electrical fixtures in furniture - Repair and maintenance of computer hardware and machinery including air conditioners, computers, laptops, printers, scanners, fans, electric kettles, water dispensers, heaters, photocopiers (Konica Minolta, Toshiba, Ricoh), servers, networking devices, LED TVs, refrigerators, and sound systems - Repair and maintenance of official vehicles including Suzuki Mehran 660 cc, Suzuki Bolan 660 cc, Suzuki Cultus 1000 cc, Honda City 1300 cc, Honda CD 70, Yamaha Y100, and all kinds of official vehicles - Repair and maintenance of office building including masonry work, glass doors, windows, walls, roof, false ceiling, white wash, landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, electrical and plumbing works, sewerage lines, sanitation, water tanks, and water filtration The scope includes detailed repair works such as polishing, welding, replacing rusted parts, adjusting mechanisms, repairing electrical and plumbing systems, and general maintenance of office infrastructure. Eligible firms must submit a pay order/demand draft of Rs. 60,000 as earnest money and performance security. The prequalification process will be conducted electronically through the EPADS portal with no manual submissions accepted. Technical bids will be evaluated based on compliance with eligibility criteria including valid registrations, judicial undertakings, skilled manpower, and relevant equipment. The deadline for submission is 10th August 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Management Services Wing office in Islamabad. Payment terms include release within two weeks after satisfactory completion and submission of required documents. Firms are advised to ensure all documents are complete, signed, and uploaded timely to avoid disqualification.
