Tender Description
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad invites proposals for pre-qualification and enlistment of well-reputed suppliers, firms, and vendors registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The tender is specifically for repair and maintenance work and procurement during the financial year 2026-27. The department is based in Islamabad and requires services and goods related to repair, maintenance, and procurement for various official needs.

- Air Travel & Accommodation Services
- Event Management Services
- Repair/maintenance of official vehicles of different makes such as Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Motorcycles, and school buses
- Purchase and repair/maintenance of all types of hardware i.e. computers, printers
- Purchase and repair/maintenance of IT Equipment i.e. Laptops, IT Server
- Purchase and repair/maintenance of Machinery & Equipment i.e. photocopiers, fax, air conditioners, electric geysers, bracket/pedestal/exhaust fans
- Purchase and repair/maintenance of furniture & fixture
- Repair/maintenance of office building
- Vehicle & Rent a Car
The scope covers a wide range of services and goods including vehicle maintenance, IT hardware and software repair, office building maintenance, event management, and travel services. The work will be carried out in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, requiring vendors to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience in the relevant fields and registration with PPRA is mandatory.
Interested suppliers must submit their e-Bids through EPADS by the deadline of July 21st, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 as amended.
