Tender Description
Islamabad College for Boys, located in G-6/3 Islamabad, is inviting electronic pre-qualification applications through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the Financial Year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to reputed firms and service providers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The pre-qualification aims to shortlist capable firms for various repair and maintenance services required by the college.
Items being procured:
- Repair & Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment
- Repair & Maintenance of IT Hardware
- Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures
- Tentage, Sound System, Audio/Visual Equipment, IT Equipment on Rental Basis
- Machinery & Equipment on Rental Basis
- Refreshment/Catering Services for official meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and other institutional events
- Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles and College Buses, comprising 10 buses (Bedford, Hino and Isuzu), 02 Toyota Hiace vans and 02 Honda motorcycles (CD-70/CG-125)
The scope covers a wide range of services including machinery and equipment maintenance such as photocopiers, copy printers, air conditioners, geysers, brackets, ceiling and pedestal fans, RO filter plants, and allied equipment. Additionally, the tender includes rental services for IT and audio/visual equipment, as well as catering for institutional events. Vehicle maintenance involves a fleet of buses, vans, and motorcycles.
Eligible firms must be registered with relevant government authorities, possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, and be active taxpayers. They should demonstrate verifiable experience of similar works with government or reputable private organizations over the last three years. Firms must have adequate technical expertise, skilled manpower, and necessary infrastructure including workshops and service centers. Submission of audited financial statements and other documentary evidence is mandatory.
Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 23rd July 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to verify submitted information and inspect facilities before awarding contracts.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm’s registration and tax status are fully compliant and up to date on the ATL and FBR records before applying. Early submission through EPADS is recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.
