Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sukkur invites proposals for pre-qualification of firms and vendors registered with the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and located in Sukkur. This procurement is for repair and maintenance work during the Financial Year 2026-2027. The department seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services covering multiple categories of official assets.
Items being procured:
- Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles of different makes such as Suzuki, Toyota, Isuzu, and Honda
- Repair & Maintenance of Hardware & IT Equipment including Computers, Laptops, Printers, LCD/LEDs, Network Switches, Servers
- Repair & Maintenance of Plant & Machinery items such as Generators, Motors, Paper Shredders, Split ACs, Fans, and other Machinery & Electronic items
- Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixture items including Revolving Chairs, Visitor Chairs, Tables, Metal Almirahs, File Cabinets, Roller Blinds, Curtains
The technical scope covers a wide range of materials and equipment located at NAB Sukkur offices. The scale of work includes mechanical, electrical, IT hardware, and furniture maintenance ensuring operational efficiency of all assets. Firms must be registered with EPADS as launched by PPRA and provide valid proof of registration. Experience in similar repair and maintenance contracts is essential to meet the department’s quality standards.
The pre-qualification submission deadline is **18-08-2026 at 10:00 hours** online via EPADS. Hard copies will also be accepted and opened the same day at 11:30 hours. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the tender opening meeting. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming no litigation or blacklisting history must accompany the submission.
