Repair, Maintenance and Supply of Spare Parts for Two/Four Wheeler Vehicles for AIG/CID Gilgit-Baltistan

The AIG/CID Gilgit-Baltistan office in Gilgit invites sealed tenders from reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the repair, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for two and four wheeler vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Supply of Spare parts of transports The scope includes providing spare parts and maintenance services for the vehicles under AIG/CID GB. Contractors/suppliers must have their own complete setup such as a shop or workshop with technical experts and staff, and must be capable of supplying demanded items at AIG/CID GB. The rates for items not covered in the prescribed form will be determined according to the prevailing retail prices in the open market at the time of supply. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant authorities, have a bank statement showing a minimum balance of Rs. 1,500,000 for the last year, and at least 4 years of relevant work experience. Registration certificates must be attached with the bidding documents duly attested. The bid must be accompanied by a call deposit of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of AIG/CID GB. Only bids with the required call deposit will be accepted. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at AIG/CID GB office. Bidding documents can be collected from the office of AIG/CID GB on written request on the firm's letterhead during office hours, latest by one day before the bid opening. The tender committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with rule-36 of GB PPRA rules-2022. Taxes, if applicable, are included in the bid price and borne by the firms.
