Repair and Maintenance of Split A.C's and Electronic Equipment at HEC Premises Islamabad

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad is procuring comprehensive repair and maintenance services for Split Air Conditioners and other electronic equipment installed at its H-8 and H-9 premises. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a contract reference number P50252. The scope includes servicing, repairing, and replacement of various components of Pearl, Haier, Samsung, Daikin, ACSON, Sabro, Waves, Mitsubishi, Orient, and other branded air conditioning units and related electronic devices. Items being procured: - P.C.B Card Repairing, Fuse Replacement, New P.C.B Cards, Display Units, Sensor Sets, Blower Motor Repairing and New Blower Motors/Fans, Swing Motors, Condenser Motor Repairing and New Condenser Motors/Fans, Service Valves, Reversible Heating Valves, L.P and H.P Switch RESET with PIN, Oriface Sets, Filter Drayers, Magnetic Contactors, Phase Failure and Compressor Overload protections, Outdoor and Indoor Distributers, Compressor Scrolls, Remote Controls, Water Pumps, Air Blower Motors, Blower Fan Blades, Servicing and Descaling of Evaporative Air Coolers, Capacitors of various uf ratings, Power Shoes with Power Plugs, Kitchen Hood Exhausts (Provision and Repair), Rubber Type Internal Drain Pipes, UPVC Drain Pipes, Copper Pipes of various sizes, Detailed Servicing/Cleaning of AC units, Leak Testing and Repairing with Nitrogen Gas and R-22 USA Gas Charging, Dismantling and Installation of AC units with wall/roof repairs, Re-Winding of Single and Three Phase Motors of various HP ratings. The technical scope requires provision and installation of parts complete in all respects as directed by the site engineer. The vendor must provide 2-3 dedicated teams onsite at HEC premises during office hours (8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday) for prompt fault rectification. The contractor's team must respond within two hours of a corrective call. Liquidated damages apply for delays and non-performance. Eligibility criteria include valid GST and Income Tax registration, a representative office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and proof of at least three completed HVAC repair/maintenance projects in the last ten years. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online by the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 01:30 PM, with bid opening at 02:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions are not accepted. The contract period extends till June 30, 2027, with a possible one-year extension on mutual consent.
