Repair/Maintenance of Split AC's & Other Electronic Equipment at HEC H-9 & H-8 Islamabad Premises, 2026-2027, Re-Tender

Earnest money in the form of a cheque and a completed itemized BOQ must be submitted physically before the deadline. Ten percent of each bill will be retained for a one-year defect liability period. Liquidated damages apply for delays and failure to meet service standards, including penalties for late response to faults. Eligibility requires valid NTN, GST, PEC registration, proof of a representative office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and experience with at least three completed HVAC repair/maintenance projects in the last ten years.
