Tender Description
Islamabad Model College for Girls, Korang Town, Islamabad, is inviting pre-qualification proposals for the repair and maintenance of its official student vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to reputable firms registered with the FBR as active taxpayers (ATL) and having their own offices, workshops, or skilled HR in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The college seeks reliable partners to ensure the operational readiness and safety of its student transport fleet.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance for official student buses (02 units, SUZU)
- Repair and maintenance for 01 Suzuki Van
- Repair and maintenance for 01 Honda CD70 motorcycle
Firms must provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services, including supply of parts, labor, and any required technical support. All work must be carried out strictly according to the specifications and standards set by the college. The vehicles are essential for daily student transport, so timely and quality service is critical. The security bid for this pre-qualification is **PKR 27,500** per item, to be submitted as a call deposit in favor of the Principal, Islamabad Model College for Girls, Korang Town, Islamabad.
Eligibility criteria include registration with income and sales tax departments, submission of valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any federal government department. Workshops must be located within Islamabad or Rawalpindi and equipped with relevant tools and technical staff. All items supplied or services rendered must carry a one-year onsite guarantee. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one week of opening.
Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on **29-06-2026 at 11:30 AM** in the office of the undersigned. Documents must be submitted in original, and 20% security is required against each item. For best results, ensure your technical proposal is detailed and your workshop is ready for inspection, as the committee may visit before awarding the contract.
